Planning a beach wedding is never guaranteed and we learned that first hand when it rained on our wedding day. As soon as you arrived at the house you offered to meet us another day in the week to get beach pictures so that we can remember our wedding just as we wanted – on the beach! We have never heard of a photographer doing something like that. Many photographers would not even have thought twice and concluded their service at the end of the evening. You took time out of your busy schedules to meet us on another date, without us even asking you, to take the shots you knew were important to us. We truly enjoyed working with you and through your generosity and hard work; we will have beautiful memories of our wedding forever.

If you are planning an Outer Banks Wedding for 2009 be advised that the dates are filling up very quickly. If you are having a Spring wedding and are going to wait until the Wedding Expo in January of 2009 you will be very surprised to find out that your date will probably be booked. Even if you are just looking, start calling and ask about availability!

If you are planning a May 2009 wedding, start booking your vendors now! The trend is that May 2009 weddings on the Outer Banks is booking already. We currently have 6 dates in May 2009 booked. Take our advice and don't delay!

Outer Banks Productions Requested Image

We had a lot of requests for this image which can be found on our business cards. Many of the brides from the 2008 Outer Banks Wedding Association Wedding Expo have requested a look at this image only larger. Well, here it is. Click the image for the big picture.

Outer Banks Productions The Knot Best of Weddings Pick 2008!

We just got a call from local DJ John Harper (Also a winner) and found out we made "The Knot Best of 2008" and as I'm looking through, there it is in pages 174 and 178 wow!!! If you see the magazine, we are listed under the Florida and Southeast tab (it is an orange/red color on the cover. We couldn't believe it. Outer Banks Productions. We made it! Wow, I didn't realize how serious this is. The Knot Best of Weddings is a coast-to-coast guide to the entire country's top florists, venues, photographers, cakes, and everything in between. Whats really amazing about this is that The Knot really had nothing to do with it at all but that an independent company came in and polled brides. It was all the brides doing! Which to me is even bigger and better. There were over 25,000 brides polled.

So Here's what it says
First we are listed on page 174 as "best videographers" and then on page 178 in the left middle section:

Brides praise the Flexibility and talents of this husband-and-wife team, who can provide video services in addition to film and digital photography. "he was nice, friendly, fun, and great to work with," says one Knottie, while another notes this duo is "great with budgeting."
